Ms. Natalie is a Colorado native with a degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Director qualified in Early Childhood Education. After 12 years of teaching elementary school through high school throughout the state, Ms. Natalie returned to Castle Rock and acquired the Little Bears Preschool that her mother had run for almost twenty years.

With a background in the creative arts and tremendous desire to work with children, Ms. Natalie has merged the proven Little Bear curriculum with new insights and events that shape our world. Ms. Natalie, holds a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has taught 4-8 year olds for 15 years, thus her desire to teach safety and self defence.

“My dream is to help a child prepare for kindergarten by learning to work within a group while at the same time being able to focus on a task without being distracted. Little Bears is different from the large franchise systems because we don’t have daycare or after-school care, we focus entirely on a preschool that best prepares your child for kindergarten.”

Ms. Natalie has been recognized by the community for her work in the Douglas County School System as well as by the parents of Douglas County as the Reader’s Choice for outstanding preschool in Castle Rock.
